This is a non-smoking property. (outside smoking is allowed)
No partying/hard music
Rest between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
No open fires such as fire pits or fire bowls
No playing on the road/public property
Electric cars may not be charged at the park, in any way (due to safety concerns). However, there are some in the neighborhood.
1 parking space at the cottage. Past the park on the left is a parking lot.
pets are not allowed to run loose in the park and must be leashed at all times
