Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival is free of charge.
2. For cancellations up to 7 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
3. For cancellations from 7 days before the day of arrival or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price.
4. If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental price is due.
5. In the event of a pandemic, war, natural disaster or other circumstances that make it impossible to stay in the holiday home, the above cancellation conditions do not apply and payments made cannot be refunded.
6. If we cancel, any payments already made will be refunded.
