Is bed linen available?
Yes, it is available. The beds are neatly made upon arrival, and each guest is provided with a towel and a bath towel. In general, one dishcloth and one tea towel are also included. If you are staying for a longer period and would like additional linen, please feel free to contact us.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Can we check in earlier or out later?
In most cases this is possible upon request. Please note that we do charge a fee for this for both early check-in and late check-out.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What kind of park is Bospark de Heidekamp?
Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.

Is the use of the hottub free and is it easy to use?
The hot tub is free for you to use during your stay! To operate the hot tub, you will need the manual, which can be found on the table. It explains step by step how to fill and heat the hot tub. Simple!

Can we use the hottub during the winter?
The hot tub can be used in winter. Officially, it should not be used when the outside temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius. This may cause it to take longer to heat up or even cause malfunctions and prevent the heater from working..
